Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and tk556 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the tk556 website located at https://tk556.io and all associated services, products, features, and content offered thereon.

By accessing the tk556 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

To access the full range of tk556 services, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number associated with a Bangladeshi carrier.

You agree that all information provided at the time of registration and at any subsequent verification stage is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tk556 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out through your account while logged in with your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and tk556 accepts no liability for unauthorised transactions arising from your failure to secure your account details.

tk556 reserves the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or close an existing account, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, where it believes that registration would or does violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk556 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your tk556 wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. tk556 does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. You are responsible for checking any such fees with your provider before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the player account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawals are processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the associated deposit unless an alternative has been approved by our compliance team.

• Funds deposited must be used for wagering. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing any bets may be treated as attempted misuse of the payment system.
• tk556 is not a bank. Funds held in your player wallet do not accrue interest.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, tk556 reserves the right to reverse that credit regardless of any wagers placed using the erroneously credited funds.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering procedures.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on tk556 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with those rules before placing any wager. General betting principles that apply across all tk556 products are as follows:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only deemed accepted when a confirmation message and reference number are displayed on screen. Pending or unconfirmed bets do not constitute an accepted wager.
• Odds fluctuation: Odds on sports markets are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. tk556 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any odds offering without prior notice.
• Void bets: tk556 may void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a conclusive result; an obvious pricing error has occurred; or the integrity of the event is in reasonable doubt. In all void-bet scenarios, the original stake is returned to the player's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by event. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. tk556 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event at its sole discretion.
• Cricket-specific rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, a minimum number of overs or balls must be completed for bets to stand. Specific over thresholds are listed within each market's individual rules.

tk556 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all casino games. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness. Results produced by the RNG are final and cannot be contested on grounds of statistical improbability alone.

Bonuses & Promotions

tk556 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In addition to those specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant offer's terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered the required number of times by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state otherwise.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, slots, and table games may each have different contribution rates. Specific contribution rates are listed in the applicable promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk556 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account, whether directly or through an associate.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false, stolen, or third-party identity information, or attempting to impersonate another individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploitation of errors: Intentionally exploiting technical errors, glitches, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to obtain funds or advantages to which you are not entitled.
• Money laundering: Using the tk556 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime scheme.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith after funds have been used for wagering. tk556 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and cooperate fully with relevant financial and legal authorities.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing members of the tk556 customer support team or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk556 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of tk556 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice; or use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of tk556's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action for damages or injunctive relief.

Privacy & Data

tk556 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud. tk556 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

You have the right to request access to the personal data tk556 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data in circumstances where tk556 is not legally obligated to retain it. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk556 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss of data, corruption of data, or failure of data transmission.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
• Any decision made by the player to wager, including the financial outcome of any such wager.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tk556 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Suspension & Termination

tk556 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• The player's voluntary request to close the account, including self-exclusion requests.
• The platform ceasing to offer services in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason and the player's identity has been verified, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player through the original payment method used for deposits, subject to applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the tk556 support team. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable rules and the resulting balance returned where appropriate.

Amendments to These Terms

tk556 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, tk556 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the tk556 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable principles of commercial and consumer law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to account closure, settlement of bets, or payment processing, shall be addressed in the first instance by contacting the tk556 customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within ten business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

tk556 maintains a formal complaints procedure. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level of support, you may escalate the matter to our senior compliance team by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Reference]". Senior complaints are reviewed and responded to within fifteen business days.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh.
